At TTHeroes, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and players. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TTHeroes and how we use it.

1. General Information and Consent

By using our application, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. TTHeroes is a competitive platform designed to track Table Tennis rankings and statistics. To provide these services, certain personal and technical data must be processed and synced with our cloud infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Identification Information

When you register for an account using Google Sign-In, we collect:

Primary Identity: Your full name and email address.
Public Profile: Your Google profile picture URL (used to display your avatar on the leaderboard).
User ID: A unique alphanumeric string (UID) generated by Firebase to distinguish your scores from others.

B. Gameplay and Metadata

To facilitate the "Global" and "State" leaderboard systems, we collect:

Regional Data: The State or Region you manually select within the app. (Note: We do not use GPS background tracking; location is based on user input).
Performance Metrics: Your wins, losses, total matches played, and calculated skill rating (Elo/Points).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the TTHeroes ranking system.
Improve, personalize, and expand the app’s competitive features.
Understand and analyze how you use our app to optimize performance.
Display your "TTHero" alias and rank to other players on the Global and State leaderboards.
Process your account and prevent fraudulent score submissions.

4. Third-Party Services (Data Processors)

TTHeroes utilizes Google Firebase for backend services. Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud servers.

Firebase Authentication: To manage your secure login.
Cloud Firestore: To store and sync your real-time leaderboard data.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties (Google) who assist us in operating our application, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your Right to be Forgotten

Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time.

In-App: You may use the "Delete Account" feature found within the App Settings.
External Request: If you cannot access the app, you may visit our official website at siddhyaan.com to submit a formal data deletion request.
Result of Deletion: Upon processing, all records including your email, name, and historical match data will be permanently purged from our Firestore databases.

6. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption protocols provided by Firebase (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. TTHeroes does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
