By using TTHeroes, you consent to this Privacy Policy. TTHeroes is a competitive platform for Table Tennis rankings and club management. To provide a secure and unique experience, we process specific personal data synced with our secure cloud infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

A. Primary Account Authentication

• Phone Number: We use Phone Number + OTP (One-Time Password) as our primary login method via Firebase Authentication.

• Unique Identifier: A unique User ID (UID) is generated to link your phone number to your match history and rankings.

• Public Profile: You may manually provide a Display Name and Profile Picture to represent your "Hero" persona on leaderboards.

B. Club and Contact Information

• Contact Selection: The app requests permission to access your device’s address book.

  • Scope: We only access the specific names and phone numbers you choose to invite to a Club.

  • Transparency: We do not scrape, store, or upload your entire contact list. Data is only processed for the contacts you explicitly interact with.

• Club Metadata: Records of Clubs you create, join, or manage.

C. Gameplay and Analytics

• Regional Data: User-selected State/Region (No background GPS tracking).

• Performance Metrics: Wins, losses, Match History, and Head-to-Head (H2H) statistics.

• Document Generation: Metadata required to export stats to PDF or Excel.

D. Subscription Data (Pro Membership)

• Transactions: Handled exclusively via the Google Play Billing System. We do not store or process credit card or banking information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account via SMS OTP.

• Competition: To maintain the TTHeroes Global and State leaderboards.

• Club Management: To allow users to find and add each other to clubs using phone numbers.

• Reporting: To facilitate the generation and sharing of PDF/Excel match reports.

• Pro Access: To manage ad-free experiences and premium analytics for Pro members.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase: Our primary data processor for Authentication (SMS OTP), Cloud Firestore (Data Sync), and Storage.

• Google Play Services: For in-app purchases and core app functionality.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Right to be Forgotten:

• In-App: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (Phone number, Match History, and Club memberships) via the Settings menu.

• Manual Request: Visit siddhyaan.com to request a manual purge of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

TTHeroes does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Given that we use Phone Number authentication, we encourage parents to supervise the mobile usage of minors.
